Access Control System 
Colliers provides its tenants with secured twenty-four hour, seven days a week access to the Building. Security is provided by a combination of electronic monitoring and security staff. An authorized card key access is needed in order to gain access to tenant floors.

 

An access card is necessary to enter the building during non-business hours from 7:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m., Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. The initial access card supply will be provided to the tenant, at no cost. Replacement access cards are available for a fee and can be ordered by entering a work order through the Tenant Services Portal.  If an access card is lost or stolen, or when an employee leaves, please deactivate the card immediately. To deactivate an access card, please have an authorized Tenant Facility Manager delete the user account from blusky.blub0x.com.

 

Visitors
Individuals who have not been issued an access card must be on an approved access list provided by each tenant company to enter the Building. To inform security that your company has a visitor arriving, tenants may enter the information in the BluSKY access system. Each individual will be asked to check in with a photo identification card.

 

We recommend that you maintain an active access card list to ensure that all your company access cards are up to date.
